STOP GUESSING WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS

Every coaching journey starts by understanding how your body moves, produces force, and tolerates load.
From day one, you’ll know exactly what deserves your attention—and why.

No generic programmes.
No unnecessary exercises.
Just a clear plan built around your riding.

Trusted by athletes and teams since 2011.

TRAIN FOR YOUR RIDING—NOT JUST THE GYM

Most athletes don’t need another programme.
They need to understand what’s holding them back.
ATHL starts by identifying the physical qualities your sport demands and the capacities your body needs to support them.
From there, every coaching decision has a purpose.
No guesswork.
No generic templates.
Just training built around how you ride.

WHY ATHL EXISTS

After more than 20 years coaching riders and athletes, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Most people don’t stop progressing because they lack motivation.
They stop because their body can’t support the demands of their sport anymore.

ATHL was built around one simple idea: identify what’s limiting performance before prescribing more training.
We identify what is limiting your performance first—then build the physical capacity needed to keep progressing.

Albert Piñol – Founder of ATHL.

WHAT CHANGES WHEN YOUR BODY SUPPORTS YOUR RIDING

Ride longer before fatigue changes your technique.

Recover better between riding days.

Build capacity that transfers to the mountain.

Reduce setbacks that interrupt your progress.

Train with confidence because you know you’re working on what matters most.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Is ATHL only for advanced riders or elite athletes?

No. ATHL adapts to your current level — from motivated riders building a solid base to experienced athletes pushing performance or reducing injury risk. What matters most is commitment to a structured process, not where you start.

How is this different from a generic training program?

You don’t follow templates. You work 1:1 with a performance coach who analyzes your movement, strength, and constraints through the ATHL S-Core®. Every exercise and progression is built from real data — not trends.

How does coaching and feedback work over time?

You receive continuous guidance through the app, with weekly feedback and regular plan adjustments. Progress is tracked objectively and reviewed on a monthly call, so decisions are always based on what’s improving — and what needs attention.

What does the process look like from the start?

We begin with a free conversation to understand your goals, history, and constraints. Then we run an ATHL S-Core® assessment to establish your baseline and design your personalized plan. Training, feedback, and communication stay centralized in one platform.

Do I need access to a full gym?

No. Programs adapt to what you have available — from bodyweight only to full gym setups. Structure and precision matter far more than equipment.

How long is the commitment?

ATHL operates in 12-week performance cycles. Coaching continues on a subscription basis, renewing at the end of each cycle.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 21-day satisfaction guarantee with partial refund. You train risk-free while experiencing your first measurable results.
