I’m Albert Piñol (BSc, MSc, TES, TS, MAT Cert.), a specialist in exercise science, biomechanics, and performance with over 20 years of experience. I’ve worked with athletes of all ages and levels, as well as with elite clubs and performance teams.

Over the years, I’ve seen many athletes and active people get stuck or injured—not for lack of effort, but because they follow generic routines without proper assessment or guidance.
