Sempre m’he sentit perdut amb rutines genèriques. Com sé que aquest pla serà diferent?
T’entenc. Moltes persones han provat apps i vídeos sense veure canvis reals. Aquí no segueixes una plantilla: treballes amb un preparador físic online expert que entén el teu cos, les teves metes i el teu context. Cada detall s’adapta a tu: des de l’avaluació inicial fins als ajustos quinzenals. No és una rutina: és un sistema fet a mida per tu.
Sempre abandono perquè no sento seguiment real. Com sabré que no estic sol?
És normal. La constància falla quan el pla no evoluciona amb tu. Amb ATHL12 no estàs sol: tens coaching 1-a-1, feedback continu via app i revisions cada 15 dies. Amb aquesta informació, el teu preparador dissenya el pla a mida, que reps per app amb vídeos, instruccions clares i suport directe. Cada dues setmanes revisem, ajustem i millorem segons la teva evolució. És entrenament intel·ligent, personalitzat i flexible.
No tinc gimnàs ni molt material. Puc fer-lo igualment?
Absolutament. Ens adaptem a tu i al que tinguis: pes corporal, bandes, manuelles o només una estora. El que importa és com entrenes, no quant tens. Moltes persones han progressat fortament només amb el seu cos i bones pautes.
I si viatjo molt o tinc poc temps? No vull perdre el ritme.
